Carol took this photo of stray dogs near “Central Park” in Kaohsiung at night.

Throughout the city, there are lots of stray dogs. A lot of them look beat up and have enlarged balls or teats.

All of the dogs know how to cross the street or stay out traffic altogether. City dogs for sure.
