Started to get revelation about every Christ believer being a dot… a single point. This made me think about relationships in spaces and on maps. Possibly, how God does flow and connect to what is happening in the lives of people and between cities/regions/groups.
Started to see how believers distanced themselves through things seen as differences, but they were brought close through Jesus, His blood and forgiveness.
Then, it became clear how “the blood reality of Jesus” moves through to people who don’t realize Him yet. The blood is move through the flavors spiritual fruit. There is ONLY ONE “Fruit of the Spirit,” but it has many flavors: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control.
Love holds everything together and draws everything together. The concept of separation keeps things apart, like the knowledge of good and evil.
Lives are transformed by people that can love unconditionally.
Christ is the center of all, but we have groups/tribes of Christ-knowing and Love-aware relationships.
Through action/motion, time, strengthening, missional work… these structures of love can become more alive/aware and fluid.
Relationships and connections are built through love. The blood of Christ, which covers all, is the the light of life. We connect in Christ, as transferred through fiber optic data, via our interests… geographic location… people we know and love… jobs… music… etc.
Sometimes the greatest thing we can do to strengthen the bond of a group is to acknowledge someone else and say hello.
Each community will express love differently. How could you possibly expect inner-city, rough and tumble, expressions to match suburban expressions? Love knows no boundaries.
Ultimately, anyone who has become aware of Christ’s life in them is responsible for letting their love extend over other believers. Certainly, we have been called to love the world, but we can’t retain special frustrations against other believers for some kind of perceived difference.
